Q: Automatic deployment and manually triggered deploy fails after app:create on Oterma Server.

A: Most probably key used by all docker containers is not added to the "Enabled deploy keys" in the Gitlab Repository at source.factorial.io. Please request the source code maintainer who have access to https://source.factorial.io/showcase/circle-dot/-/settings/repository to fix the issue.
